- 8+ years of experience in engineering.
- Solid experience with Go.
- Experience as a large-scale consumer.
- Strong computer science background and algorithmic skills.
- Previous experience with production environments, including deployments, monitoring, hotfix, A/B testing, triaging, and stability.
- Experience in distributed computing.
- Experience in concurrency.
- Knowledge of Linux systems at the network and system level. Ability to discuss things like epoll and TCP handshakes.

- Strong interest or experience with Golang and Dartlang.

- Help make a significant impact by extending the multiplayer game and chat platform, working with a team of senior engineers.
- Architect, develop, refactor, and maintain components across the client’s entire backend stack, providing a collection of services for other platform components to utilize and mobile clients.
- Develop in a high performance/high scalability environment.
- Create clean, precise coding in a language you are an expert in.
- Be fully hands-on coding in a small, fast-paced startup environment.
- Collaboratively architect and develop solutions for both small and large/next-gen problems.
- Be aware of full-stack concerns: how to provide a back-end service for many mobile app clients.
- Contribute to the operations team keeping the service running constantly.
- Design, build, and operate new components and features for a multiplayer games platform.
